I have the honour to inform you that I have
received a telegram under date 15th. February from His Britannic Majesty's Minister, Peking, stating that the importation of Indian Opium into the two Provinces of Kuangsi and Chihli would not be
permitted after 1st. Larch, 1913. I imediately caused this in- -formation to be communicated by letter to the Opium Dealers in
Hongkong and to be published in a Gazette Extraordinary.
